Leukemia and Lymphoma Society - 2025 Visionaries of the Year - Orange County / Inland Empire Each year the LLS has a Visionaries of the Year events in many of the Regions throughout the country. I was able to gather a team that has been through personally or someone close to the fight of cancer. The WARRIORS FOR A CURE SOCAL team scatters the country but all have a mission to help crush cancer. Recently, the Clear Cloud Solutions Inc. Leadership Team hosted a 'brainstorm' with some peers that displayed, or were recognized for, EXCELLENCE at our 'All Hands' meeting a couple months ago. The idea was to encourage the free flowing of ideas for Continuous Improvement. This group of scholars, unwavering through delish appetizers, didn't disappoint. They provided relevant data points. It's critical in our business to listen to the field on topics that impact Safety, Quality, and Efficiencies. We will maintain our commitment to doing this regularly and to executing on the resulting action plan. "Four Weeks of Workmas" was a month-long celebration filled with team-building games and activities to boost collaboration and community. Four teams chose their own Christmas-themed names (like 'Candy Cane Smashers' and 'Silent Knights'), and competed in a friendly competition. Each week, they earned points through activities like "Christmas Sweater Day" and "Christmas Mug Day," as well as games like "Christmas Golf" and "Make a Christmas Hat" (using only wrapping paper and tape for an extra challenge). The winning team, '2 Cool 4 Yule' (Emily Hodges, Maria De Leon, Justin Cotter, and David Renteria) won a prize and was honored at the annual Christmas party ! ** I did NOT compete, for 'obvious' reasons.
