  • Our Partners in Diversity membership is one of the ways that CWS employees connect and collaborate with professionals across the region. Some of our staff members find that connection at Say Hey! a quarterly networking event hosted by Partners in Diversity that honors and celebrates professionals of color new to Oregon and Southwest Washington. Two CWS employees were among the honorees at February’s Say Hey! Sarala Gautam, E.I.T (PE Passed), a conveyance engineer, and Nancy Nou, a researcher. We’re grateful to everyone who helped welcome Sarala and Nancy, and we’re excited to continue building relationships that help create a stronger, healthier community.
