Mackenzie Martin, P.E. is helping spearhead the Knoxville Chapter of Women of Water and plays an active role in our Young Professionals Committee. We are lucky to have Mackenzie and other young professionals bringing new life and excitment to our organizations. KY/TN Water Professionals Conference (WPC) KY TN AWWA
Last week was full of great professional development opportunities! On Monday, the Knoxville Women of Water chapter hosted a trivia night—while we didn’t win, we definitely had a great time! It’s always fun to connect with other women in the industry and unwind after work. Huge thank you to Olivia Yates, EI for planning this wonderful event! Later in the week, I had the opportunity to be a panelist on a webinar about the PE exam and licensure. Huge thanks to the Young Professionals Committee for organizing such a great event! I enjoyed sharing my experience and hopefully providing some helpful insights to others on their path to licensure. Looking forward to more events like these in the future!
