We have once again provided #ECI with one of our solids separation systems. If you know #CST, you know we use all #MadeinAmerica Derrick Corporation separation gear. On this system, we have two #Hyperpool shakers, a #Hyperpool #mudcleaner, the #DerrickFloLinePrimer and #DE1000VFD centrifuge. Once again, Clean Slurry Technology, Inc. is collaborating with Midwest Mole, Inc. on a #microtunnel project just outside of Chicago. Here we have one of our rental 300 cubic meter per hour solids separation systems. This is outfitted with all #MadeinAmerica Derrick Corporation separation gear which includes #Hyperpool shakers, the #DerrickFloLinePrimer and a #DE1000VFD centrifuge. Clean Slurry Technology, Inc. has been getting one of our larger rental systems ready for a #microtunnel project in Oregon. Here we have quite the assemblage of Derrick Corporation separation equipment. This plant starts with a #primer aka #beltscalper to remove the largest material first. A #beltscalper like this is used mainly to remove large balls of clay and prevent downstream blinding of the shaker screens. We can also bypass the #primer when not needed. Underflow from the #primer drops down to the #HiCap shaker. We then pump the underflow fluid to two #FLC2000 shakers outfitted with long lasting #Derrick urethane screen panels to achieve another cut point in particle size. Finally, the slurry is sent through two sets of #hydrocyclones mounted on #Derrick #Hyperpool shakers. The first set of #hydrocyclones are for #desanding and the second set for #desilting. At this point, the fluid can return to the #TBM unless there is abundant fines in the fluid. For this condition, we finish the slurry cleaning process with one or more of our #Derrick #centrifuges.

Clean Slurry Technology, Inc. just rigged up one of our rental systems. This is a 300 cubic meter per hour separation plant in Colorado working with C&H Excavation. With this particular system we have elevated the Derrick Corporation #Hyperpool shakers and #mudcleaner to allow or for a truck to pull up next to it and park until its full of #stackablesolids for haul off.
