In honor of U.S. Veterans Day and Canadian Remembrance Day, we thank veterans like Erica and the many more who contribute to the success of our company each and every day.

When Hurricane Helene hit the southeastern region of the United States, it was yet another in a string of heavy storms causing widespread damage this hurricane season. But the Charleston, South Carolina HEPACO branch, joined by their new teammates from Clean Harbors, responded quickly and compassionately to help many of the millions left without power. Working proactively with Dominion Energy and other providers before the storm even hit, crews used their vast network and industry-leading skills to prepare for and respond to more than 400 incidents across the region, prioritizing safety while maximizing efficiency.?

Our employees in India and North America celebrated Diwali this week by decorating offices, exchanging sweets and even engaging in a diya (oil lamp) painting competition. We hope everyone had a happy Deepavali!

Employees throughout the company were ready for a wicked good time this Halloween – showcasing their creative costumes, pumpkins and decorations. We must say, they were fa-boo-lous!?

Our 38th annual Clean Harbors golf tournament was a huge success this year, once again raising funds for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation. Despite being rescheduled due to rain, more than 100 golfers plus a number of vendors turned out. A big thanks to our awesome team of volunteers, and also to Joe Andruzzi himself who attended the dinner portion of the event to share his personal story and show off his Super Bowl rings. Congrats to our first-place team representing vendor Enterprise Mobility, as well as our best dressed team from our corporate office which included Monica Sarin, Karyn Bridges, Jeremy Bodington and Robert DeAngelis.

Employees at our corporate office came together today to mark #TechDayofPink2024. Founded in 2017, Tech Day of Pink brings together technology-based companies and departments to fight breast cancer and raise awareness, and is inspired by the Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign. Funds raised are given to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

With the recovery from Hurricane Helene ongoing and Hurricane Milton quickly approaching, we are fully prepared to respond to any environmental service needs that arise. Nothing beats fall in New England, and as a thank-you to our employees for all they do, executives donned their aprons and served a delicious fall-themed meal yesterday to team members at our corporate office south of Boston.

Members of our Employee Resource Groups were excited to meet Skipper at the Norwell Firefighters Local 2700 fundraiser recently! Clean Harbors was proud to donate to Local 2700 and support their efforts with many local causes -- including Skipper the therapy dog, who brings comfort and joy to so many youth in the area, as well as the which honors former Braintree, Mass Police K9 Kitt and helps provide relief to violently injured K9 teams around the country. #community #dogs #givingback #communityengagement #communityimpact
