关于我们
Clean Energy Enterprises, Inc. (CEE) is a Delaware Corporation based in Long Beach, California. CEE’s primary mission is to develop a portfolio of technologies to be integrated into turnkey systems to support the creation of environmentally conscious ecosystems, addressing two of the largest challenges the world has to face, Waste Management and Clean Energy delivery via the production of Hydrogen. CEE identifies, creates and develops technologies that have a positive impact in creating a cleaner environment globally. The founding technology brick for CEE is the core Waste to Hydrogen process that the company now engineers, builds and sells through Ways2H, CEE’s subsidiary.

Last but not least, price. While the industry is officially and rightfully targeting a #renewablehydrogen #productioncost between $1 and $2 per kg, reality is that, at least if you look at the price at #hydrogen pumps in California, we are still far from that. No need to play the blame game here, reaching this target is not an easy task. It requires combined efforts of all stakeholders in the sector, and more FIDs than we actually see. Another #realityshock is that electrolytic hydrogen production cost still seems to be hovering around $4 to $7 per kg. Yes, it takes longer to significantly reduce electrolysers CapEx than what most financial analysts require in terms of payback time. Our RefHyneries? are built on existing, proven components that are being used everyday in the industry. Their cost is known. While our process architecture is quite innovative, this is where our filed patents are focused, we aim at maximum derisking of the industrial aspects. $1 to $2 per kg hydrogen production cost is what we, through the projections for our first systems, are reaching today on most of our markets. This allows a $7 to $9 per kg hydrogen price at the pump. We have started preparing business cases for our clients along these lines. We are ready. Now.

110kg. That's the equivalent #hydrogen yield per dry-ton feedstock, in this case #municipalsolidwaste, that we have been able to extract during the initial test run of our solution last week in Mumbai. There is still lots of work to be done, but this strategic milestone achievement will certainly comfort those who have supported us so far, and welcome others to join. At times where some are doubting the reality of #greenhydrogen, we are proud to demonstrate that there are other alternatives, which actually are an even better #circulareconomysolution for the planet. Next time, we'll talk about #carbonimpact.

-15kg to -25kg. Yes, minus fifteen to minus twenty five kg CO2equ. per kg hydrogen produced. That is the average #carbonintensity of a Ways2H Inc. #RefHynery?. Green #electrolytic hydrogen is good. Better than fossil-based hydrogen obviously, but remains expensive, as we will discuss in a following post, when we'll talk about costs. More importantly, it can be #carbonneutral, but inherently won't be #carbonnegative. #hydrogenfromwaste naturally features THREE carbon sequestration pathways: 1 - just like #greenhydrogen, hydrogen from waste replaces a fossil fuel, and as such contributes avoiding fossil CO2 emissions. Avoiding that is good. 2 - Another avoidance pathway is the #greenhousegas emissions from waste. Organic waste sent to landfills will in most cases be a massive methane emission source. Much more potent that CO2. Incineration will also release CO2 in the atmosphere. Avoiding that is great. 3 - last but not least, the RefHynery? features an integrated CO2 sequestration module. All the carbon contained in the waste feedstock, which in average is 80% renewable, will effectively be sequestered in a permanent manner, definitely drifting away from the #carboncycle as we know it. For every dry ton waste processed into the RefHynery, there will be approximately 1.5 ton CO2 effectively sequestered and taken away from the atmosphere. This is game-changing. Carbon sinks in action.

We are thrilled to announce that Forrest Ackerman and Joe Ross have joined Clean Energy Enterprises (CEE) as equity partners earlier this year. Forrest Ackerman, COO of Spectrum Medical Inc., and founder of De-extinction, will contribute his expertise in the health care industry to CEE. He will also bring his experience in eliminating single-use plastics from our oceans and landfills. Joe Ross is a veteran of the packaging and plastics recycling industry. He successfully founded and operated rPlanet Earth, a post-consumer packaging recycling operation in Los Angeles for which he raised over $200M. Taking an operational role within the group, Joe will lead the development of hydrogen production projects. After the successful technology turnaround initiated in 2022, CEE is now actively commercializing turnkey solutions using its proprietary patent-pending Waste-to-Hydrogen process. Systems are sold to operators and users via Ways2H Inc., Clean Energy Enterprises’ wholly-owned subsidiary. Further to the recognition that some selected Ways2H prospects are in demand of financing as well as operational support, CEE is now organizing a separate entity under its umbrella. This new entity will provide such financing and operation services to existing Ways2H prospects, while also developing carefully selected projects. We are proud to have Forrest and Joe join our team, and we look forward to the exciting developments they will bring to Clean Energy Enterprises.?
