Welcoming Taylor Jones to Our Team! We are delighted to introduce Taylor Jones as the newest addition to our team. Taylor is an experienced attorney dedicated to advancing the energy transition through innovative legal work. She has a proven track record of representing lenders, investors, project developers, and sponsors in securing debt and equity financing for renewable energy projects, including onshore wind, solar, and energy storage at both utility and C&I scale. Taylor’s expertise includes providing legal counsel to the Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office and working on major renewable energy projects while at Baker Botts L.L.P. She has also been regulatory counsel at the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association, where she helped shape clean energy policy. With in-house experience and a deep understanding of balancing strategy, profitability, and mission, Taylor has a well-rounded perspective on project development and finance. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling with family, and exploring the North Carolina Triangle region. His impressive background includes significant work with production and investment renewable energy tax credits, and he has guided clients through complex transactions involving tax equity and incentives. ? Notable highlights of Jonah's career include advising on a major t-flip solar and storage transaction spanning 15 project sites and providing strategic counsel to a national developer to align with the latest Inflation Reduction Act guidance. ? Jonah holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and a B.S. from Truman State University. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Missouri, and New York. ?
