    An update on our American Airlines project where wet dust collection booths were provided for the structures repair department. We utilized Filter-1 booths with Air King fresh wire feeds at the booth face to keep the OSA feed as clean as possible.

  • A leading HVAC innovator in the Greater Northeast recently brought their Aluminum Deburring and Grinding operations back in house. While performing the work, the customer noticed particulate migration from the original Deburring Cell. With the custom nature of their processes, a Filter-1 Wet Dust Collection Booth was engineered and installed at their facilities. With over 24,000CFM of air, the customer is no longer concerned with particulate migration from their Deburr and Grinding cells.     Design and Installation of Dust Collection System - Jayco RV Manufacturing Plant, Twin Falls, ID Clean Air Consultants, Garland, TX in a joint project with Total Air Products out of Schertz, TX completed the design and the installation of an elaborate dust collection system for the Jayco RV manufacturing facility in Twin Falls, ID. The Jayco plant was opened in 2005 to accommodate the growing need for RVs in the western markets of the U.S. and Canada. The dust collection system is designed to collect the dust generated by the large volume of milled and finished woodwork for the interiors of the Jayco RVs. The accompanying photos show scenes of the completed project. The wood finishing and cabinet manufacturing for the RVs are done in the 100,800 square foot building. We are proud to be selected by Jayco for this design and installation and look forward to working with potential clients on similar projects.

  • A large aerospace customer in the South was experiencing airborne dust issues in their finishing department. After using a different manufacturers dust collection system, they were still experiencing poor airflow and needed to upgrade to a more robust system. The customer and Clean Air Consultants worked together to provide a 30' #Filter-1 Dust Collection Booth for their operations.
