Another exciting project milestone for CL Burks Commercial Roofing! We’re proud to share that our work on a project in Charleston, South Carolina is complete. This project showcases our team’s expertise and dedication. The main roof features a 60-mil Sure-Weld? TPO membrane adhered with Sure-Weld? TPO Bonding Adhesive and a 1/2” SecurShield? HD cover board, with all components expertly fastened to meet project specifications. The existing Gravel BUR roofing was removed to make way for a 22-gauge steel or heavier deck, ensuring a solid foundation for long-term durability. For the breezeway roof, we implemented an identical TPO membrane system with 2.2-inch thick InsulBase? Polyisocyanurate insulation to deliver outstanding thermal efficiency and strict adherence to project specs. This part of the project also includes transitioning to a 22-gauge steel or heavier deck for maximum strength and reliability. From quality workmanship to adherence to top-tier specifications, our goal is to provide unparalleled roofing solutions. With Carlisle SynTec Systems standards and inspections in place, we remain committed to delivering exceptional results that perform for years to come.
