Congratulations to our very own Elizabeth Klements, Litigation Paralegal! Elizabeth is being awarded the prestigious Central Florida Paralegal Association’s Paralegal of the Year Award. Elizabeth works in our Litigation Department with Partner, Russ Klemm, and Paralegal, Christine Praria. She is being honored at the CFPA’ Holiday Party on December 6. I often say that people in the community association world are some of the best and as proof, here is a lovely email we received this morning from the President of Clearview Estates of Citrus Hills Property Owners Association: "I wanted to reach out to you in hope that you will pass along the deep appreciation and thanks from the board of directors for the many successful settlements that have been reached. We have had some of those bad accounts on our books for as long as I have been on the board, over 3 years. From 13 accounts we considered total losses, 12 have been settled in full, and one is in the process of paying. I especially want to give kudos to Russ Klemm and his team for their diligence and professionalism in each of these matters. It has been a pleasure to work with each of them and the entire Clayton McCulloh firm." Introducing . . .Whitney Rose Bell!?Whitney is our newest team member in the transactional Department.?Whitney will be working with Founding and Senior Partner, Neal McCulloh, and his legal assistant, Robin Wood.?She graduated from Spelman College with her bachelor’s in child development.?Previously, Whitney has worked as legal assistant in civil/commercial litigation and real estate.?As the cherry on the top, she was a property manager managing individual residential properties for property owners.??And Whitney gives back to the community by volunteering in various non-profit groups.?The next time you speak to Whitney, give her a warm welcome!

Recognizing that Board Members need to be certified and that the State has yet to define the criteria for providers, such as CM to offer the course, the State will be hosting a live on-line Board Certification Class for both HOAs and Condos. The State hosted live class is being offered tomorrow, Thursday, August 22, at 10:00 a.m. You may register for this free class at https://bit.ly/3YMd3dx Even though the registration form asks for your condominium's name, the class also for HOAs.

Last Wednesday, the staff of CM celebrated the 4th of July with a buffet, smiles, laughter, friendship and appreciation of this great country.

CM honored our administrative staff by hosting our Annual Admin Appreciation Day which was attended by our attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants. This year it held at the Orlando Country Club. After dining on the delectable buffet, our staff took in the fresh air on the verandah. A very special thank you to our Admin Staff who go over and beyond duty every day for our most valued clients.
