Friends, family and colleagues. They all may have leads on a new role. They also can be a great benefit when you just need an ear to speak in. 3?? Your own wellbeing. If you start falling apart, your family will see and feel it. You have to do yoru best in staying as positive as you can. yes, times are rough but it wont last forever, if that was the case anyone who was ever laid off or stagnate in their jobs would be in the same situation forever. It's only temporary. You in a mental rollercoaster at the moment, its not always going to be a great ride but the ride does end, remember that. If you have a family or a partner, be the best that you can be for them. this means if yoru laid off, take this time to spend with them.
