We're seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Pre-Owned Director to lead and expand market share in a thriving Texas community of 300,000 residents. This exciting opportunity is at a new, state-of-the-art Blue Stage Honda facility, featuring a separate pre-owned division with 13 sales offices, an F&I office, and a dedicated sales management office. In this role, you'll focus on building a high-performing team and growing market share. Success could lead to expanding the current facility into an additional pre-owned location just two miles away. The Pre-Owned division operates independently, so we're looking for someone with a strong business acumen to manage it as their own.
