Yesterday, we had a lovely afternoon at the CAI New Members Happy Hour! Getting to know the new members and conversing with other members. 😊 It was a great opportunity to connect with CAI members and build relationships. Yesterday, we attended the CAI Monthly Members Luncheon Meeting, with a wonderful speaker, Melissa Ramsey. She has been in the association industry for almost 20 years and ‘fell’ into the industry from the Club Management style starting as a lifeguard. She is an active member of CAI on a local and national level, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Chapter. For this member luncheon the program's topic was "Tailoring Communications Based on Emotional Intelligence". Being able to communicate effectively and clearly to clients, understanding their own situation, and being able to handle stressful situations in a calm manner.

Last week, two Classic team members, Kyle and Victor, attended a three-day training event with Henry, a Carlisle company. During these days, they were exposed to new waterproofing products and learned how to apply them in a hands-on manner. To keep providing the latest, newest, and most advanced products and techniques, they received an official certificate! 😊 🎉 It is said that knowledge is power 💥, and education is the key to power 📚!

We are watching the future grow right before our eyes! We want to congratulate our mini Kat on a very special day. Today, she received 2 certificates showcasing her fantastic academic achievements. We wish the best for this sweet, special child!!! 🥳❤️🎉
