The Revenue and Operations Improvement (ROI) practice within Kaufman Hall would like to recognize Anish Bhavsar, Daniel Mubarak, Lalie Sedlack, and Lindsey Taylor as the Q1 2024 nominees for the Ovation Award! Those nominated have been recognized by their colleagues for their extremely high-quality work and willingness to go above and beyond the normal expectations of their role. ? Our winner of the Ovation Award in Q1 2024 is Lindsey Taylor, a Vice President on the Facility Outpatient (OP) Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) team. Lindsey is a leader on the OP CDI team and oversees several of the initiatives to ensure all OP CDI projects are running smoothly. Lindsey’s role has expanded to also assist across our Claro Healthcare Comprehensive CDI practice at Kaufman Hall with both our Inpatient CDI and Physician Office CDI teams and streamlined several processes that led to more efficiency. On top of her various client and internal projects, Lindsey also takes time to connect and mentor with team members across the firm.
