Exciting evening last night at the “State of Downtown" event organized by the Downtown Council of Kansas City. The BR Companies unveiled our 800 Grand Blvd development project in Kansas City. 800 Grand will transform the downtown Kansas City skyline and create a stunning new perspective entering downtown from the north. The $250 million 25-story development will deliver over 600,000 SF including 24,000 SF of retail programming that will activate Grand Blvd and 300+ residential units with access to unparalleled views in all directions. We believe 800 Grand is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to help bring about the long-held realization of the full development of Grand Blvd, from the north part of Grand all the way through to the T-Mobile Center and Power & Light District. Our teams are hard at work tackling the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Taxiways Alpha and Delta at the Topeka Regional Airport.
