For over 30 years, we have supplied food service design/build services, equipment, smallwares, stainless steel fabrication, and custom millwork. Our areas of focus span from retirement communities, healthcare settings, k-12 and higher education to corporate, hospitality, and independent restaurants. We focus not only on design/build projects, but also on negotiated contract work that was designed or specified by other consultants. It was a pleasure contracting the equipment for this project!
Last week, our team had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of Cabalar at West End Market, and it was a huge success! We are proud to have been part of this project, designing the BOH kitchen and bar, which plays a central role in the space. With an open-concept kitchen, customers can witness the entire culinary process in action. The Upstairs event space offers an exclusive area for hosting parties and events, complete with a bar for private service. Another highlight of this space is the balcony, which provides a full view of the kitchen flow from above, showcasing the restaurant's expo kitchen. It was an incredible experience for our team to see our design come to life locally. The atmosphere was electric, the food was exceptional, and the restaurant showcased its impressive production capabilities, even with large crowds. Thank you Cabalar Meat Co. for choosing us to be part of this team!

Last week, three Project Managers and two Purchasers traveled to Sheboygan, Wisconsin for 3 days to attend The Vollrath Company training. They learned about Vollrath's wide array of products, which range from small wares to various equipment, and had the opportunity to tour their factory. We worked closely with the General Contractor, Harkins Builders, Inc., to ensure seamless coordination and timely deliveries. Despite the tight kitchen space and initial challenges with the 12' hood, we tackled the issues with innovative solutions and precise execution.
