Today's employee spotlight is Connor Maxwell! Connor is a Vendor Manager for Procurement's Refrigeration team and has been with Clark for five years. Today's employee spotlight is Allison Strauss! Allison is a Senior Category Manager for Procurement's Disposable Food Service Supplies team and has been with Clark for 10 years. When asked about Clark's company culture, Allison said, "Clark has grown significantly in the 10 years I've been here, but our culture has stayed true to keeping employees as the core focus. Time and time again, I've seen that if you have determination and grit, sky's the limit to your growth potential!"

A big thank you to GiGi's Playhouse for joining us at our corporate campus today for a lunch & learn! President of the Board Kevin Hewitt spoke to employees about the mission of GiGi's Playhouse, the programs they offer, and the impact volunteers have on their organization. Employees also heard from Caitlin, a GiGi's advocate, about how much GiGi's Playhouse means to her! GiGi’s Playhouse is the only worldwide network of Down syndrome achievement centers; changing lives through free, results-driven programs for individuals of all ages, their families, and communities. Today's employee spotlight is Tanner Erisman! Tanner is the Director of Dry Foods for Procurement's Consumables team and has been with Clark for five years. When asked about Clark's company culture, Tanner said, "Everyone at Clark is driven to be the best and shares the same goals. Leadership continuously encourages employees to embody our core values and recognizes when there is a consistent effort and execution in doing so."

Today's employee spotlight is Brittany Winnick! Brittany is a Vendor Manager for Procurement's Smallwares team and has been with Clark for 10 years. When asked what she enjoys most about working for Clark, Brittany said, "I love the day-to-day aspects of my job, working with vendor partners and overseeing everything from order placement to invoicing, to scheduling and approving marketing. I appreciate that I'm given independence with my workload and that I have managers who do not micromanage."

Our corporate campus was in the Halloween spirit today with tricks, treats, and costume contests. Happy Halloween!

Today's employee spotlight is Cole Greer! Cole is a Vendor Analyst for Procurement's Kitchen Supplies team and has been with Clark for three years. When asked what he enjoys most about working for Clark, Cole said, "I really enjoy my fellow coworkers and the opportunity we have to work together to solve problems when challenges arise. I also appreciate that I have the ability to work a hybrid schedule which ensures a healthy work/life balance."

Clark Associates partners with the American Red Cross every year to help meet the tremendous need for blood donations. Last week 31 employees donated blood during our corporate campus blood drive, with 8 being first time donors! In total, Clark has held 11 blood drives and has collected 303 units of blood from 322 donors.
