The SouthernCarolina Regional Development Alliance was instrumental in bringing this project together, alongside the South Carolina Department of Commerce, South Carolina Power Team, Palmetto Electric Cooperative, Inc., City of Hardeeville, SC, Jasper County Government, Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority and so many others. Our construction team, led by Omega Construction, Inc. has put us in the position to meet TS Conductor's ambitious schedule.
