    Not all processes are wrapped up in a few weeks. Some take longer, and often that time is needed for the candidate to make a decision. I wrapped up a process for a Leadership position in Chicago on Friday. This candidate had been in play since early January. They had spent time going to market, assessing their options and interviewing with a handful of businesses. And rightly so, they'd shown amazing loyalty to their current business. We partnered collaboratively to find the best fit. And the approach was simple; consultative and transparent.     Billy Greenall is leading a retained search for a Head of CDMO, to be based here in Miami (or Fort Lauderdale). This is going to be leading a new unit for an existing Life Sciences Staffing business, of which you would immediately scale. In terms of levelling, this would ideally suit a Principal, AVP or Associate Director - and you would have ideally led a small team, with the majority of your role still being weighted towards billing.     Now that we’re back in interview & hiring mode here at Clarity R2R, something that seems to land very well is us presenting our ‘deck’ during the process. We’re a small business, but it was/is very important to me, and to our success, of course, that there is a clear plan that I can communicate very easily to any prospective hires - especially if we're talking about people relocating - and the easiest way for me to do that is to present that visually. I don't hear of that many businesses presenting when interviewing, to be honest, but maybe it might be worth a shot if you want to land some big fish. What do we include in ours? ?? Business intro ?? Market position ?? Values & mission ?? GTM strategy ?? Growth plan ?? Commission schemes, with example billings scenarios included ?? Career development line ?? Tech stack used ?? Benefits ??     Febuary certainly feels like the shortest month in history, but it was another very solid, albeit not record-breaking, period in the books at Clarity R2R 'Our Bill-eh' Billy Greenall hits his third club lunch in a row, though - what a man he is. This time, we're hitting Delray Beach (very convenient for me) in a couple of weeks, and I'm excited to show our kid the area, especially the British boozers. Going into March we're starting with Billy moving into his new Midtown pad with a mint ocean view, my birthday week (not so exciting), and some great folks in process to join the Clarity R2R powerhouse (get in touch for details) - we've got some very decent numbers in mind to finish the quarter on also. We're hearing that the positive shift in the market is continuing from pretty much everyone we're speaking to, so we hope everyone else is feeling the same. Onwards!
