I’m thrilled to share the launch of the Mastercard Small Business AI Tool, now in beta in the U.S. at Mastercard.com! This tool is designed to support small business owners with guidance at every stage of their journey, from startup to growth. A U.S. Small Business Administration survey showed that over 90% of small and medium-sized business owners believe mentoring can make a big difference in their success, but only 25% actually have a mentor. While AI can’t replace that human touch, it’s here to help fill in the gaps and make valuable resources more accessible. In addition to supporting small business owners, we’ve partnered with Clara For Creators to provide valuable pay data insights, empowering creators -- the fastest-growing segment of small business owners - with the knowledge they need to negotiate fair compensation. The tool is inclusive at its core. Whether it's managing finances or navigating copyright applications, it's designed to help all small business owners thrive.
