Clandestine Events and Experiences

I’m going to share something here that feels pretty vulnerable, but I feel like it needs to be shared. Here goes… For the past 6+ months, I have spent my time hustling to get Super Bowl work. I’ve attended multiple networking events, reached out to contacts directly, promoted our services in a variety of spots. Pitched a number of?events along with some great under the radar venues. I even met with one of the teams just last week - showed them a few of the venues, took them to dinner. Only to receive a very impersonal canned thanks but no thanks… ( ?? Hope they liked the king cake we sent!) And nothing has come to fruition. I am incredibly confident in Clandestine Events and Experiences capabilities and services. We are great at what we do with no air about us - we get shit done, we go above & beyond always, and we do it with a smile on our face no matter the ask or obstacle. What I’ve observed these past few months is the city of New Orleans being taken over by outsiders who do little to engage with a local community that is skilled at making things happen and filled with talent. Many of my local vendors and venues that I’ve spoken with have been walked all over repeatedly and the lack of simple gratitude & grace is quite disheartening. (It's my understanding that even the Governor’s events are being planned by an out-of-state events team). Navigating this city is not easy, so I sincerely wish folks all the best. And I hope this doesn't come across as bitter - it's not that. I'm disappointed for sure, but my biggest disappointment is in the lack of human decency and kindness.

?? Super Bowl bound in New Orleans next month and looking to host a spectacular event? We've got a number of event venues available in the Quarter and outside the Quarter... This one is a hidden gem, just 2-1/2 blocks from the Dome! ? The Caesars dome is behind the Hyatt hotel (largest hotel in the city) which is 2 blocks from us. ? The venue rental is 2 levels with a courtyard and a gallery balcony. There is a full bar on the main floor and a smaller bar on the 2nd floor. ? We have a fantastic, creative chef and a full staff ? The 3rd floor apartment can be used as a Super VIP area or your team can use it to stay, or you can use it for staging. This 3rd floor may also be included in the venue buyout for an additional fee. The apartment has a large rooftop deck, open kitchen, large tv with an L shaped sofa, 2 bedrooms and a gallery balcony. ? All furniture can be removed for a fee or it is included in the rental. ? Our capacity on flow is much higher than our capacity for a party where guests are expected to arrive together and stay for the duration. This capacity is between 160 (not on flow)-500(on flow) over the course of a few hours. ? There are a number of parking lots within close distance to the venue. ? There are 2 entrances so you have the option of keeping the 2nd & 3rd floor guests separate from the main floor guests. Alternatively, you can also use it for your activations to create a flow through the building. It is possible to walk in one door, through the entire building, and walk out the other door without back tracing any steps. ?
