The ribbon has been cut on phase two at Searstone Retirement Community in Cary, NC! Our team came together to celebrate the expansion of this facility with top of the line finishes and new community spaces. We had a wild time at the Associated Builders and Contractors Awards Banquet this year! The Villages Charter School K-8 South Campus in The Villages, FL, was recently awarded an Excellence in Construction Eagle Award and we couldn't be prouder. Hats off to our project team who celebrated the night in true western style with other recognized industry partners. This new world-class facility features all the state of the art additions and high quality finishes every stellar charter school needs. Today, we celebrated an exciting milestone with a traditional beam raise and topping-off ceremony for The Colin G. and Nancy N. Campbell Archaeology Center! The project team signed the final steel beam, which was then lifted into place—marking the completion of the building’s structural framework. This one-of-a-kind 36,632-square-foot facility will share Colonial Williamsburg’s archaeology collection and support ongoing archaeological research. Featuring state-of-the-art labs, classrooms, and curated collections, The Campbell Archaeology Center will provide visitors with a unique opportunity to interact with archaeologists as they analyze and study artifacts. Visitors will be invited to participate in hands-on experiences in the public archaeology lab and explore exhibitions that bring Williamsburg’s diverse history to life. 24 of our dedicated employees traveled to the mountains of North Carolina, put on their boots and came together to support the people of Western NC as they recover from Hurricane Helene. In total, our team volunteered over 600 hours, gathering crucial supplies and tackling hands-on tasks like moving rocks and clearing fallen trees to help restore small pieces of the community. We’re proud to be part of a culture where giving back isn’t just encouraged—it’s who we are. ? Exciting News Coming from Wilson, NC! ?? As one project closes another project begins, and we couldn't be more thrilled to contribute to the vibrant growth of the city of Wilson! We are proud to announce the completion of Centro at Pine Nash. Nestled in Downtown Wilson, this upscale mixed-use community features 240 residential units, luxury amenities, and retail space. Additionally, we’re excited to partner with Barton Malow on the new Wilson Ballpark! Not only will this development be the new home to Minor League Single-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers but will also serve as a hub for concerts and community events. This past weekend was the 20th Annual NC Whirligig Festival, a celebration of art, music, and local culture, featuring vibrant whirligig sculptures and live performances. It was the perfect opportunity to experience the spirit of Wilson and connect with the community! This is just the beginning to the future of the city of Wilson, and we are so grateful to be a part of it! ?? ???

The Final Chapter: NOVEL Scott’s Addition is Complete!? We’re excited to announce that Novel Scott’s Addition, our latest multi-family development featuring a five-story wrap building with a seven-story corner pop-out, is complete! This community offers 275 one- and two-bedroom apartments, including loft homes with balconies, and a convenient 356-space precast parking garage. Residents can enjoy resort-style amenities such as a saltwater pool, dog park and pet spa, hidden speakeasy, curated co-working spaces, and a dedicated podcast room.
