CKC Good Food has lots of experience with Administrative Reviews, both with our client partners as well as our own. A reviewer from the Minnesota Department of Education does an onsite review at our central commissary EVERY year … not just once every five years, like they do with some of our clients! We recently completed this year’s review, with Director of Compliance Laurie Yohn guiding the half-day meeting. Several team members provided a thorough review of our processes and procedures demonstrating compliance with USDA regulations. We're pleased with the positive feedback we received on our processes and procedures! You can read more about the day's agenda in our recent blog post linked in the comments.
