My fellow truckers, please be on the lookout for insurance scams. We are currently working with authorities to prosecute these scammers who jumped in front, slammed on the brakes, and reversed into our truck and tried to blame us for the incident. Thankfully we are fully equipped with Samsara dashcams. Unfortunately we encounter these claims constantly and it is driving our insurance rates up and up every year. We are always treated as guilty until we can prove our innocence. Even with video proof like this, their lawyers are still threatening huge lawsuits at trucking companies, taking up massive amounts of resources and driving rates through the roof.
