CJ & Associates recently hosted an empowering event - Women, Wellness & Wine. Our Organizational Development Specialist, Sam, led the session on stress management exploring the main causes of stress, its varied forms, and offering valuable recommendations on how to “flip the script” from daily stressors to actively choosing a healthier, well-balanced lifestyle. It takes just 66 days to establish new habits, a reminder that we hold the ability to make intentional, positive changes in support of our overall well-being. Those who attended enjoyed a beautifully arranged charcuterie buffet in our CJ & Associates Showroom.
