Civil Site Group has been a part of an increasing number of award-winning projects, thanks to strong partnerships and a commitment to core values. The Minnesota Real Estate Journal recently published their 2024 Real Estate Awards, recognizing the best real estate development projects in the state. Award categories range from industry segments like affordable housing, industrial, educational, daycare, office space, and more. The results illustrate how our small business has made a big impact and has quietly become one of the most reliable professional consultants in the state. Civil Site Group provided land surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture or a combination of those services on a total of 23 of the projects recognized by the MN RE Journal, or about 1 in 6 of all 2024 project finalists. With some projects being nominated for awards in multiple categories, the projects that our firm worked on also received a total of 35 nominations, or about 1 in 5 of all project nominations. For us, participation in so many of Minnesota’s top projects confirms that we are working with a growing number of the best architects, developers, and contractors in the state, and that the market is increasingly identifying Civil Site Group as a reliable, cost-effective design consultant. We feel this trend is most attributable to a consistent focus on attentive customer service and value-driven design and engineering. We are extremely grateful to all the project partners who have made each of these projects successful and hope to be a part of many more award-winning projects for years to come.
