I'm walking away more impressed, excited, and dedicated than ever after attending #CitySummit24 and #NLC100 last week! ?? To the mayors, city managers, and local officials in my network - thank you for your work. I'm as impressed as ever by what our local government leaders do for all of us—in communities big and small—every day. ?? To the technologists and builders in my network - if Y Combinator hasn't already convinced you, now's the time to invest in innovation for local government. The potential for impactful change is immense. (2?? / 4??) Sharing some important lessons, insights, and moments from the conference, particularly around #AI and #CX in local government. This moment of #AI and #CX in Local Government. So many sessions did the important work of moving past 'What is AI?' and discussed the ethics of AI, the importance of data, where ROI lies, and the 'nuts and bolts' of what government can do right now.
