Captain Rob Littman is the Executive Officer at Naval Air Station Oceana. He is a 2001 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Political Science, a graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School, also known as TOPGUN, and the former Commanding Officer of Strike Fighter Squadron 146. Rob has lived in the Virginia Beach area for 14+ years over the last 24 years of Naval Service. He has 4 very active children, with his wife, Lauren, who works for Cisco Systems, and the family hails from the great state of New Jersey, growing up very close to where they based and filmed Sopranos.

Captain Ray Glenn A. Glenn is the Executive Officer of Naval Station Norfolk.?He has a BS in Civil Engineering, University of South Carolina, along with nuclear engineer’s qualification with Naval Reactors, and a Master's in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.?Captain Glenn is the 5th African American to ever serve as Reactor Officer onboard a U.S. aircraft carrier, USS NIMITZ (CVN 68). He was also Commanding Officer in USS GONZALEZ (DDG 66), nuclear inspector on the Nuclear Propulsion Examining Board staff of COMMANDER PACIFIC FLEET, military analyst on the Joint Staff-J7 where he authored the only study conducted on the DOD’s involvement in the 2014-2016 West African Ebola outbreak and as Executive Assistant to Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic.

George Holmes is the Director, Test Engineering at Newport News Shipbuilding, A Division of HII.?He received a BS Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2000 and a Master of Business Administration from the Mason School of Business (W&M) in 2006.?He is a BEYA Modern Day Technology Leader and delivered the CVN78 Advanced Weapons Elevators, a game-changing new technology for Aircraft Carriers.?As part of his job, he gets to take new Aircraft Carriers and Submarines to sea for the first time as Sea Trials Director.
