Daxon had the pleasure to build Nail Vibez nail salon in Bettendorf. This project features high end and modern finishes throughout. Big thank you to Streamline Architects designing this beautiful space, you all did a great job!

It’s hard to imagine the Fort Madison Marina’s future was in question just a few years back, when damage from three major floods in three decades had taken a toll. Leaders saw an opportunity not just to repair the marina, but to completely reimagine it, along with the beautiful waterfront, to serve as a drawing card for the city. What I saw during last week's soft opening was more beautiful than the picture I had in my mind. It rivals anything this side of St. Louis. And yet as big as this vision is, it’s as simple as a community coming together and playing to their strengths to create a unique place where people want to be. At IEDA, we were proud to support this project through a Community Attraction and Tourism grant. We know the memories made here will last for generations.?Congratulations!

#ProjectSpotlight - Have you seen the new Necker’s Jewelers? ?? Gorgeous! Today we’re featuring their new location at 4009 E. 53rd Street in Davenport, IA. The exterior upgrades feature sleek aluminum finish ACM panels in a unique quilted pattern, alongside an eye-catching marquee. Stepping inside, visitors are greeted by an expansive showroom full of details that were carefully considered to create an ambiance of elegance and sophistication. The interior boasts floating cloud ceilings, mosaic tiles and stone accents throughout. There is a cozy fireplace enhanced by a stunning stone slab. Newly opened in February of this year, the 8,200 square foot retail building doubles in size from the prior location right next door. Congratulations to the entire team involved in this project!
