On Oct. 9, the Mayor and members of the City Council came together with CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development to celebrate a Ribbon Cutting for the Meridian Project. This housing project provides 59 apartment units with 29 of those units being three or four bedroom apartments and all 100 percent affordable. The Meridian project is the City’s 6th constructed 100% affordable multi-family housing project since 2022.
