The City of San José hosted its annual Citywide Mentorship Program Kick-off event on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024, in the City Hall Rotunda.?Over 200 employees were welcomed by City Manager Jennifer Maguire, a strong advocate for the Mentorship Program.?Keynote Speaker Maria De Leon, Deputy Director of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services, wowed the crowd with her inspirational life journey and practical ways to implement this year’s theme of servant leadership. ?The Mentorship Program is an example of the City of San José investing in workforce development initiatives to support learning, growth and employee satisfaction. ?#CityofSanJosé #CityofSanJosécareers #learninganddevelopment #wearesanjosé #Mentorship
