On February 5-7, the City of Miami Beach is launching Blue Zones Ignite, a 6-month well-being initiative that uses an evidence-based approach to make healthy choices easier in all the places people spend the most time. The effort begins with an in-depth readiness and feasibility assessment of Miami Beach that will help determine how to make the city a healthier place to live, work, grow up and grow older. Please join us at the kick-off event to hear the Blue Zones story and meet members from the Blue Zones expert team as they begin their work in our community to improve well-being. The team will be calling on community leaders and residents to learn more about our city and collaborate to build a plan for change.
