In the fall of 2023, Wantz Memorial Park ?? underwent a significant renovation, guided by feedback from residents and participants of the Time 2 Play summer playground program. Their input shaped which recreational features were retained, which new amenities were added, and the overall playground design. This summer, we proudly unveiled the results during our park reopening celebration. ?? The reopening of Wantz Memorial Park highlights our commitment to enhancing neighborhood parks for our community. City volunteers picked up trash along McFarland Rd., a portion of Rock Valley Parkway, and a portion of Nimtz Road. Thanks to all who participated.
