We're thrilled to share a more in-depth look of the Heart Improvement Plan along the 4th Street corridor, in partnership with Loveland Downtown District! Investing in our downtown means new utility infrastructure, plus streetscape enhancements to transform downtown Loveland into a vibrant gathering space that fosters business vitality. ? To kick-off construction, we sat down with local business owners to discuss the upcoming improvements and what they mean for our growing community. Hear from City staff, DDA, business owners along 4th Street about the upcoming improvements coming our way. Starting Monday, Feb. 24, plan to use 5th Street and 6th Street as alternative routes when visiting downtown Loveland. Pedestrian accesses and business entrances will remain open and we encourage the community to come down and see the progress of the project! Visit our downtown parking map when planning your visit: lovgov.org/DowntownParking
