Exciting Progress at Idylwood Residences in Janesville, Wisconsin! We're thrilled to share the incredible transformation at Idylwood Residences since breaking ground in Spring 2024. This project is truly coming to life, featuring six 20-unit buildings and one 99-unit building on a sprawling 14-acre parcel. The finished product will be a stunning addition to the community, offering residents modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, social lounge, professional fitness center, outdoor gathering spaces with gas fire pits, grilling areas, a pet park and spa, and a community room.
