Exciting news! Our very own CityMD emergency medicine physician and medical director, Dr. Janette Nesheiwat has been nominated for United States Surgeon General. Dr. Nesheiwat is a highly regarded physician in the field of emergency medicine who worked on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic and has organized numerous disaster relief missions around the world in places like Haiti, Ukraine and Africa. For more than a decade, she has provided dedicated and compassionate urgent care in the NYC community and helped lead our team of providers who care for thousands patients every day at our 180+ CityMD locations. “Dr. Nesheiwat is an exceptional physician who truly stands out,” says Navienne Dunkley, Chief Operating Officer of CityMD. “She delivers outstanding care to our patients, provides unwavering support to our staff, and exemplifies kindness in every interaction. “Her vibrant personality and consistently positive attitude make her a joy to work alongside.
