No matter who your contractor is, insist on a thorough inspection and on seing the damage with photos or video. Something else worth noting. If your L-Flashing is exposed, it has not been properly installed. It should have stucco over it to prevent leaks. City Roofing doesn't take short cuts. City Roofing Installing Peace of Mind

There are definitely warning signs, such as cracks, dampness, water stains, or water dripping, before your ceiling collapses. Don't ignore them! However, it may or may not be a roof leak. These symptoms may also be caused by condensation on your air conditioning ducts. We recently visited a homeowner that had been told she would need her roof repaired. We did our typical thorough inspection and determined that it was indeed an air conditioning duct issue. The difference in shingle color is because the shingle we used for the repair is brand new, but it's the same brand and color.
