Did you know about Frances Kuhn? She made history as Woodstock’s first (and only) woman Mayor, serving from 1965-1969 and again from 1977-1985. Her leadership was instrumental in restoring the Woodstock Opera House and train station, as well as establishing a new government structure at City Hall—leaving a lasting impact on our city.
