The Tallahassee City Commission will hold a meeting at 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 18, to swear-in recently elected commissioners Jacqueline Porter and Curtis Richardson. The meeting will also include the annual City Commission reorganization ceremony, with members selecting a new Mayor Pro Tempore.
