The cold days of winter are slowly fading away. Soon enough, we’ll be basking in the warmth of the sun, and St. Charles will be alive with vibrant colors, al fresco dining and outdoor recreation. Plus, developers anticipate the opening of Whole Foods later this spring/early summer. So, hang in there just a little longer. Spring is bringing all the things we love about the season—flowers, fun in the sun, and time spent with friends and family.
