Bistro Verde isn’t just a restaurant—it's an active classroom, equipping students with specialized culinary skills. It's open to the public most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the fall and spring semesters. Reservations are highly recommended!
