Upskill SB is a workforce development program that targets job-seeking professionals to earn subsidized certifications in technical, healthcare, and climate action fields, cyber security, doula training, and solar technologies. Participants must hold a high school diploma or GED and must live or work in South Bend for traditional courses, and St. Joeseph County for climate action courses.
