#EmployeeSpotlight: More exciting news from our IT department—Jacque Fountain has earned her PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, a top honor that proves she’s a master at leading projects! Since joining ITS in August 2021, Jacque has been pivotal in key improvements across our City. She led the upgrade of SPD’s interview room technology and is now working on a new system called FUSUS that will make our services smoother—just in time for #StPatricksDay??? The PMP is a tough exam that shows she has the skills to manage projects from start to finish. Next time you see Jacque, be sure to give her a high five for all her hard work!
