Miss Texas, crowned in Richardson every year since 2014, was also recognized not only for her statewide leadership but also for her placing in the Miss America competition.     CBRE and the City of Richardson have released a Solicitation Notice, seeking innovative proposals related to the redevelopment of Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)’s Arapaho Center Station at 200 Woodall Dr. in Richardson, Texas. The City is seeking a private development partner to develop a transit-oriented, mixed-use development on the 14.47-acre property. The site is a key gateway to the Richardson Innovation Quarter (IQ?), a 1,200-acre innovation and technology hub with over 19,000 workers and more than 1,000 businesses. It is two stops from CityLine and the future DART Silver Line connection, which is a $1.9 billion project linking DFW Airport to major North Dallas suburbs and the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) campus.     Young leaders gathered at the City of Richardson Texas City Hall this evening as part of the Richardson Youth Leadership (RYL) program organized by the LEADERSHIP RICHARDSON ALUMNI ASSOCIATION. High school juniors and seniors from the Richardson Independent School District and Plano ISD actively engaged in various exercises, showcasing their leadership skills while learning about local government. A special thanks to Coby Pewitt, Ph.D., Aimee Nemer and all the dedicated LRAA volunteers for their valuable support in making this program a success.
