The rainy season begins June 1 ⛈️ but we want to make sure our residents are prepared now. 👍 First, sign up for Alert St. Lucie, so you can receive important weather notifications and flood-related information ➡️ www.stlucieco.gov/alert Next, sweep up yard debris because leaves, grass clippings and tree trimmings that are blown into streets can clog storm drains, increasing the risk of flooding. Third, plan ahead for possible flooding throughout hurricane season. 🌀 Whether you live in a hurricane prone area or not, heavy rains or flooding may still affect you. To get a plan for you and your family, visit https://lnkd.in/gT9xSxvy.
