Please welcome Brian Seo, Management Fellow, to the Housing Department. Brian will be assigned to the Housing Department from March 3 through the end of June. He will learn about the Housing Department and assist with various projects while fulfilling other duties of the year-long City of Phoenix Management Fellowship Program. ? Brian holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy with a?concentration in Energy and Environmental Policy. He has experience in environmental policy research at the Korea Environment Institute, conducting policy evaluation and developing policy proposals such as the guideline for financial aid to local governments for operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment facilities and the national wastewater infrastructure asset management policy. He also served as a Program Manager for the Asia Water Council, responsible for developing a 3-year roadmap for the Second Asia International Water Week held in Indonesia, which consisted of planning engagement with multiple international events as well as establishing partnerships with national water executives and leaders throughout Asia. He is currently a PhD student majoring in Public Administration and Policy at Arizona State University’s School of Public Affairs with a focus on environmental management by local governments.
