By reducing restrictions, we've empowered builders to work faster and more efficiently, helping to meet the demand for affordable and market-rate housing. This not only helps stabilize home prices but also fosters a healthier, more balanced market for current and future residents. Pasco remains committed to providing a business-friendly environment, ensuring developers and investors have a clear path forward—for new homes or major industrial projects like Amazon and Darigold. We’re also making key investments in infrastructure to support this growth, including traffic solutions like roundabouts and safety enhancements on major streets. We're celebrating more growth along Road 68 in Pasco! Columbia Basin Health Association recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for their West Pasco Clinic, which is scheduled to open in 2025. The clinic will provide medical, dental, vision, and mental health services, along with nutrition counseling, family services, and imaging services to assist in medical diagnosis and treatment - all under one roof.
