During this week's Papillion City Council meeting, Mayor David Black read a proclamation recognizing City Clerk Nicole Brown on earning the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC), Inc. IIMC grants the CMC designation only to municipal clerks who complete demanding education requirements and have a record of significant contributions to their local government, community and state. This designation is another example of the City of Papillion’s high-quality staff who are serving our residents each day. Congrats Nicole!

If you received a postcard and/or packet from the National Community Survey, and it's now sitting on your counter collecting dust, here's a reminder to complete the survey! ?? Your opinion matters to our city government! The City of Papillion is once again participating in the National Community Survey. 3,000 residents have been randomly selected to participate in this survey, which helps gauge residents’ opinions about various aspects of Papillion’s quality of life. For those not selected for the initial survey, an open participation period will begin March 17. The City of Papillion will receive results from the survey this spring. The results will be shared with the public on our website. Past survey results have played a significant role in informing and guiding City leadership.
