The Manchester Economic Development Office had some exciting news to share today! The City of Manchester celebrated the grand opening of 250 new multifamily units at 75 Canal with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking an exciting milestone for Manchester. On hand to officially welcome in 75 Canal were Manchester, NH Mayor's Office Jay Ruais, Manchester Economic Development Office, Greater Manchester Chamber - NH, Manchester Businesses, community leaders and many more. Great job goes out to Tidewater Catering Group on the food and beverages today and a huge thanks to Jones Street Investment Partners Market Square Architects and Callahan Construction Managers for bringing this vision to life. From breaking ground in fall 2022 to completion in fall 2024, this project exemplifies what’s possible in our city. Thank you, Jones Street Investment Partner, for your commitment to Manchester and for inspiring others to see our city as a place of opportunity. Manchester is growing!
