Garcia Appointed Kemah City Administrator KEMAH, TX – The Kemah City Council voted unanimously to appoint Cesar Garcia as the City Administrator, officially removing the "interim" designation from his title. Garcia has been serving as Interim City Administrator since the end of January and has earned recognition for his leadership and commitment to the city. Mayor Robin Collins expressed confidence in Garcia’s abilities, stating, “The Council has been impressed with Cesar Garcia’s dedication and strategic approach during his interim role. His professionalism and vision for Kemah’s future make him the right choice for this position. We look forward to the great work he will do, particularly in driving business recruitment and development, while ensuring the continued success of our community.” Garcia has played a key role in city operations, working closely with staff, community members, and local leaders. His efforts have supported economic growth and helped strengthen Kemah’s appeal as a premier destination for businesses and visitors alike.
